Well-the last page of South Campus' first yearbook, THE LAIR, fa place where Tigers dwell-and live in memoriesi. l've spent hours wondering what I could write on this, the editor's page. There were many subjects I could have discussed, but the graduates have heard all the speeches they need, and future students need no words of wisdom. Instead, I chose a topic so popular among other editorsfappreciation. This being the first yearbook, it is unique in itself, but this quality goes beyond the product to the people who made it. Most of the staff were experiencing their first taste of this type of publication. Layouts, cropping, half-inch margins, and other details comprising this annual were new to themg the work was rough at times, although we had many unforgettable moments fThe Graduate, parties, the last deadline, and the Motel. l To these six people I express my thanks, although l'm sure they will appreci- ate the end product more than my mere thank you. And to Mr. Gavin, the man who made Volume One possible, there is no thank you strong enough. He cannot be compensated for the thousands of hours and gray hairs put into it, and for all the knowledge he gave us. Next year another volume of THE LAIR will be publishedg that staff will have its moments too, and I only hope they will be as gratifying as those shared this year. Thank you, Staff.
