I THE CLASS PROPHECY We start out in a small apartment in a large city where Diane Teater is living with her husband, Ray Goldschmidt and their 6 kids . While cleaning up her home, the phone rings and when she answers it she is stumped by the caller. It happens to be Marilyn McCurdy, now a stewardess, whom Diane hasn't seen for years. Diane: Hello? This is the Goldschmidt residence.Who is calling? Marilyn: Marilyn McCurdy. Is this Diane Teater? D - - Why, yes '. M -- Don't you remember the blond in World History class that used to Wonder how you could write with your left hand? D -- Oh, how couldl forget? Hi, it's been such a long timei Where are you? You must come over, in fact, I'll pick you upi M-- No, I'm here at the airport and I leave in half an hour--I'm a stewardess . So you're married to Rayi Any Pests? D-- Can't you hear 'em? It's a tribe--5 boys and the baby girl: they're all crazy about Ray. He's a plumber, you know. M -- Really? How about Laurie jones?'Have you heard from her? D-- Have I'. She lives in this building and she's a P1iblico driveri M -- She always did like to chauffer people around--good ol' Laurie . D-- Have you seen any of those other guys we used to go to school with? M-- Well, let me see. About 3 months ago I saw Terry Harcourt who's just a plain ol' housewife. At the time she was living in Germany. And you'll never guess who I bumped into on one of my flightsi Howard Barte. He and julie were on opposite sides of the plane Qapparently another fightl julie with the kids . He's a truck driver now. While in Greenwitch Village, I came across Lyn who paints, sings folk songs and recites poetry down at the club. Also, I saw Kitty Patino, who was buying a firm of hair straight- eners when I saw her. She still isn't married. D-- Has her hair changed colors? M -- Yes, I believe it was red. Have you seen anyone? D -- I met up with Alan Rivera- -he's a professional baseball player . He still hasn't really settled down though. Also, I saw Lucy Cote's picture in the paper--she's a dress designer. Max is doing swell. He's the owner of a small club downtown called The Latin Chalet and also,entertains with his key number of Let me entertain you . Remember Rosana? She's gotten to be one of the top singers of the country, she made an appearance on the Ed Sullivan show but right now she's on a tour of the U .S .O. Ram6n Cram, Tom Walker, and David Brownstein all are partners in a company which makes surf and whopping boardsi M -- That sure figures'. How about Martin Marks? D-- Oh, yeah. He's trying to improve the D.K.Wfs. Hey, have you by any chance heard of Mike Sollins? M -- While I was in Italy I met up with him and Steve Schumakerg they were looking at the Leaning Tower of Pisa and I believe they make towers. They always did stuff like thati Didl tell you? Tammy is a stewardess and we do flights together at times . 34

Carmen leave Maria Elena 2 small Fiats, one for each foot, for all the running around she'll have to do as ED. of the 1966 Yearbook, and my get up and go spirit to Morris. Kitty leave my sneezes to Beverly, my purple to Maria C. and my Snoopy draw- ings to Sarah S. Mike Dubinsky leave my adventure books to Rick Keslov and my used flashbulbs to Charles Clark. Martin Ajax Marks leave my car to anybody who can start it, my locker to Norma, and my parking space in front of the school to the first guy who gets it. Mike Sollins leave my weekend drive-in trips to Bruce, my strenuous dancing habits to Ronald and my nz-lturall green eyes to Pousie. Ramon Cram leave my football ability to Bill Philbrick and my arguing ability to Jan West. Ernesto G6mez leave the Student Council to all the Eager Beavers and the pile of books I carry to anyone who wants no build up his muscles. David Ratliff leave to Bruce my seriousness and my golf clubs to Rick West. The latest victim is this co -pilot who's about 5 years younger than she. - That is somethingi Remember Carol Isales? She gives Charm classes. - How about Carmen Martorani and David Ratliff? - Carmen is following her father's footstepsg she's taking over his business and has made an investment on a yearbook company. Big money. David cleans up golf courses. Have you heard of jamie Shalom? - Yes, she's a dancing teacher. Her partner is Pablo Iglesias. Michael Dubinsky is a prize fighter you know. Laureen Summers is now working in the Peace Corps and Barbara Layton is working on the San juan Star. One of the best writers there, I hear. - Is that so? Did you know that Julio Godreau is my son's History teacher? - Yes, he always did study hard for that class. I saw Rafael on my plane about 6 months ago and he's a cartoon artist for Mad magazine. - Good for himi Oh, by the way, I hear Joanna has become a very successful society doctor . Glenna is a dentist. Poor woman has trouble keeping all her 4 kids out of her office. She pulls my kids' teeth out for free. Gigi Miller, now a Psychologist had Ira under special treatment. He had a nervous breakdown--a case of too many kids for just him and Elaine to handle. - Wait a minute--how about those brains - -Ernest and Melanie? - You mean I didn't tell you? Melanie is one of New York's most noted beauticians. She really knows just how to fix your hair! Oughta pay her a, visit sometime. And Ernesto, with his brains has become the Commanding Officer of the Cuban Anti -Castro League, and as a side line is editor of Playboy magazine. - Well ain't that the berries'. Well, my plane has just been called, so I really have to go. It was great hearing about all our old friends ,Wasn't it? Next time I'm in town I'll give you a ring.
