Senior Boulevard President Daryle Swatzie led a Senior Class of 397 in an exciting return to the High School of Commerce for the last time. The first day passed quickly as seniors received their hats. By 1:17 p.m., the end of the senior day, one look at certain heads soon made apparent who the leaders of the school were this year. The seniors found it necessary to host several activities through the year to raise funds, The most noteworthy activity was the Fashion Talent Show on February 11. Closing the year were the most memorable events: the Senior Banquet on May 12 at the Greek Cultural Center and the prom at the Coliseum on May 21. Official Commencement Exercises were held on June 9, 1982. Advisers to the Senior Class were Mrs. Hatchett, Miss Blakeslee, and Mr. Carrier.
