Forword. Throughout the world, traditional insignia represent widely-known groups. Schools, athletic teams, business industries, political parties, and even nations exhibit symbolic emblems. Recognized internationally, for instance, is the majestic eagle of our United States; nationally, the Democratic donkey and the Republican elephant. In Commerce, even the freshmen know Cherub, the mascot of Caduceus; many students, however, are entirely unfamiliar with the signs which distinguish the other activities of their own high school.
