Childhood days On the clothes scattered 'round the floor My stuffed Panda in the corner of the room In the waste paper basket are papers Rumpled and wrinkled Old English compositions, I presume Like the baseball cap on my bedpost And the agtographed picture of Willie Mays They're al just silly memories Of my childhood days- The same pink piggybank sits on my desk With my mitt from Grand Those days in the backyard playing baseball The calander hangs on the wall circling Monday, the Fourth of July.
