Major activities promoted by the council this year were creating a spirit of good will by visiting other schools, the Halloween Carnival, naming the Comanche Football Stadium, Christmas Cheer baskets, sponsoring of the clean-up-the-campus, March of dimes and Salvation Army drives, and last but not least, Sadie Hawkin's Day. 9 aligns C el MMM lliinw'-4.46 lull I K, 1 1 be better than one 5 Two heads mu AT nes Well Our judge, Eddie Tmhorrf 30 oi the Riverboat Ga0S- and N5 Oakl , 1001: epeciak glrk friends. Miss Dunn, high school librarian, says student help is very important and necessary ina library. Withoutthem, she could not carry on the various tasks in the library. Library club members have their fun, too. There is always an annual Christmas party and various club meetings throughout the year. One important meeting of the year was when the High School Lxbrary Club entertained the Grammar School Library Club and their sponsor, Miss Betty Churchill. An important project of the club for this year has been the help given in cataloguing and numbering the books in the Grammar School Library. lndustrious aren't they? Always 5011190 ne to help YOU. The Christmas party fI.,a Navidadin Mexicojwas the outstanding social event of the year. The play and the Christmas caroling added the trimmings to what we most remember--the food. We will always remember that it was our club mothers and sponsor that made this party tops . The last but not least party of the Spanish club was the annual spring picnic. At this party, every- body is somebody--the fish are about to become old members and the Seniors are about to drop out to make room for some new members.
