As principal of 1700 students, Mr. Dollar finds himself in a very responsible position. An amicable man and a veteran Blue Devil of 14-year standing, he dele- gates some of this responsibility to his assistants. However, he still must inter- view and hire all teachers, orientate the new teachers. and make out a schedule for them. Typing the daily morning bulletins, copying transcripts, and filing and refiling records are just a few of her duties. Mrs. Martha Hill Mr. Moore, the Dean of Boys. keeps order around the school with a friendly smile. His grin gre-cts Blue Devils whether he is monitoring in the cafeteria, checking school insurance, issuing parking lol permits, or attending one . of the many sports events at CHS. He also purchases new textbooks and takes inventory at the und of the school year. -.Ah i f Mrs. Hazel Garner As secretary to Mr. Dollar, Mrs. Garner finds her time well occupied. She types college recommendations. school correspond- ence, and the daily attendance sheet, but she still has time to sign tardy slips. Her helpfulness and tact have been an asset to CHS for five years.
