ands succeed wilh concerls When the football games have Inded and there are no more halftime l ows to do, the band begins to play ie more traditional music. The students were also split into tifferent groups. The Symphonic nd, which met first hour, was for yone who could take the class. The 'mphonic Winds were a select group If students that met before school and layed the more difficult music. Concert Band was for those who couldn't get into Symphonic Band but didn't want to drop band. Mr. Muniz, the instrumental director, spent much of his time getting the bands ready for contest and concerts. He arrived early most of the time to unlock the doors and to hold early rehearsals.
