IX 1931 954 the efficient leadership of Mr Brown who has labored earnestly to keep the standard of our school system high During Mr Brown s long and devoted service here the stadium was con structed the manual arts department at Columbian was enlarged the Lincoln Elementary School was built a bond issue was passed for the construction of a new building in the Miami district and other improvements were made in order to keep the physical equipment of our schools up to date ln contrast to the sixty seven teachers on the staff in 1931 are the ninety three teachers now Most of the increase has been because of the larger elementary enrollment An expanded program has added others to the staff A salary schedule was adopted several years ago and that has been revised to meet the rising cost of living The Columbian student body wishes to express appreciation of Mr Brown s rv1ce here and to extend good wishes for the future M, Jai W - 1 ,XX 0 'xx ' Q 1 5 ' For the past twenty-three years the Tiffin Public Schools have been under PAU L V BROWN SUPERINTENDENT OF TIFFIN PUBLIC SCHOOLS
