The Athletic Association aims to have its activities contribute in a wholesome way to the life of the College. It holds out to the students an athletic field in whichithe contest is held, where hurdles and cross bars no more distinguish the course than does the applause from the side lines- the goal is a matter of the heart and spirit. To emphasize and set forth as a definite aim of the At-hletic Associa- tion, the personal and social values which are to be attained by participation in athletics, there has been devised a plan for obtaining a rating of the Woman most valuable to the Athletic Association of Teachers College, Last year this individual championship was Won by Miss Marguerite Smith, '16, The following presents the plan. It is to be noted that thirty points C301 in a possible hundred CIOOD are assigned to personality.
