STUDENT COUNCIL The Student Council of the School of Public Health and Administrative Medicine is elected annually by the students, as their official representatives, the Council is responsible to the student body. Council members represent the various academic disciplines in the school: five students are studying Public Health, three Hospital Administration, one Administrative Medicine, and one Biostatistics. Purpose of the Council is the promotion of understanding and cooperation among the students, faculty and administration, alumni of the school, and the student bodies of other divisions of the University. The Council has representation on the Columbia University Student Council through an appointed delegate. This assures cooperation in intra-University affairs. Members of the Council for the academic year 1957-58 are:- Robert R. Lovejoy, President Ann Harrington. Vice-President Max A.
