The Year ' s Favorites Movies of 82: Raiders of the Lost Ark On Golden Pond Chariots of Fire T.V. Shows of 82: MASH Hill Street Blues Fame Actors and Actress of 82: Alan Alda The year of 82 went through many changes. Those daring peo- ple who wore these new styles really turned our school into an in- teresting place. It was fun to watch what everyone was wearing and maybe tempt ourselves into trying or buying a new outfit to wear. The preppie look was in and designers were out, as nothing came between Chieftains and their Calvins, except Levis. Ruffles adorned the blouses, Punk hair, Jean Skirts and Izods claimed our School. Not to mention the pitterpatter of Cowboy boots fill- ing the C.R. halls. The year of 82 was also filled with new entertainment. Raiders , MASH , and Journey were the favorites of our Chieftains. Rick Springfield, Patt Benatar, and the album: Escape were most listened to. River went through many changes but seemed to enjoy it. Albums of 82: Escape — Journey Freeze Frame — J.
