We Learn to Give Miss Broome Adi lsr r Everyone in Columbia High knows when it s Y teen meeting time Girls of all types rushing through the halls locker doors banging and books falling show the eagerness with which the Y teen members hurry to their meetings The club provides the school dances and spends many hours preparing the programs and decorating the gym Charity work is one of the services that makes this organization worth while The club held its annual Y teen formal March 14 with the theme of South Pacific be1ng carried out in the decorations The couples glided to the smooth styling of Ira Bowman s music Each year the May dance is sponsored and planned by the combined groups who put forth much ef fort to make this event the gala affair of the year The queen and her court reign over the ball in all its beauty and gaity The most solemn and dramat1c event 1S the Recognitlon Service which makes the Iunior Y teens Off1C1Cl Companlonshlp and unity prevail as the Senior Y Teens stnve to build a better club 22 I .lf 5 7...
