A HISTORY OF THE SENIOR CLASS THE Class of 1943 entered Columbia High School on September 2, I939. It was the largest ever to have assembled there, and as such, it had gained recognition from the first day of its illustrious career. As the years passed, its prestige increased until, at graduation time, it had acquired a record of which it could be justly proud. Many of its members had made definite con- tributions toward the honor of their Alma Mater.
