Last Will and Gestament We, the Senior Class of Nineteen Hundred and Sixty-one, being of sound and slightly weakened memory due to the fact that we have been overtaxing it lately, do hereby make and declare this to be our Last Will and Testament. ARTICLE I To our Parents we leave many thanks, our greatest respect, and our sincere appreciation for making all this nossible. ARTICLE II To Mr. Nichols and our Teachers, we leave our appreciation for their kindness, guidance, and patience, which we surely taxed, for we realize we couldn't have made it without them, ARTICLE III To Mrs. Van Horn, our Senior Advisor, we leave our greatest thanks and sincere appreciation for all she has meant to us during this, our last year in school. ARTICLE IV ; We leave the following to the classes to come: joys, trials, and errors, THE COLUMBIAN, and all the other things which go into your high school days. Section I To the Freshman Class we leave our congratulations on passing the test of your first year of high school. Section II To the Sophomores we leave the thought of becoming Juniors and wish them much luck. Section III To the Juniors we leave the privilege of becoming Seniors, a squeaky desk, which needs fixing, and Mrs. Cunningham's bookkeeping class. DON CHAPLIN, leave my studious ways to Herbert Brickhouse, Jr. MACK CLOUGH, leave my taxi service to my brother David, to keep Highway 64 company.
