We, the Senior Class of Nineteen Hundred and Fifty-Nine, being of sound but befuddled minds and in a run-down phys-— ical state due mostly to our exasperating high school experiences, do hereby make and declare this to be our Last Will and Testament. : We, having passed this phase of our education, wish to distribute our possessions in the following ways: ARTICLE I To Dear Ole C.H.S. we leave our honor and devotion through the coming years. ARTICLE Il To our Parents we leaye our greatest respect and sincere appreciation for making our graduation possible. SECTION I To Mr, Nichols, we leave our gratitude and our appreciation for his kindness and co-operation. SECTION II To our faithful teachers, we leave our thanks for their guidance and patience, also, a few moments of peace. SECTION III To Mrs, Vanhorne, our Senior Advisor, we leave our grave appreciation and thanks for all she has done to help us during our school years. ARTICLE III To the oncoming Freshmen we leave the confused joy of being in high school and the comforting thought that they will soon become seniors. SECTION I To the oncoming Sophomores we leave the realization that they have survived their first year in high school and are on their way to the top of the school ladder. SECTION II To the oncoming Juniors we leave the fun ofbeing aJunior andwish them luck in Mrs, Vanhorne's U. S. History Class. (You'll need it. ) SECTION III ; To the oncoming Seniors we leave a glimpse ofthe future’ that they will soon behold in a world they hope to improve. I, PAT COHOON, leave my talkative ways to Joyce Rhodes. I, ALMA LEE DAVENPORT, leave my ability to get by with calling everyone a bum to anyone who can get away with it. ‘ eee MORRIS PRITCHETT, leave my ability to make All-Conference Football team to Ronnie Grimsley. PAT BRICKHOUSE, leave my lunch seat at Warren's to anyone who doesn't get caught. JIMMY SPENCER, leave my way with the girls to Robert Cartwright. SELDON BRICKHOUSE, leave my broad shoulders and dark eyes to Howard Liverman. DAVID COHOON, leave my bashful ways to Mickey Bruner. CARL DAVIS, leave my ability to get along with everyone to Harold Sawyer. CARY COHOON, just want to leave. CHESTER COOPER, leave my ability to play football to Bibb Swain. 1, CARL RAY ALEXANDER, leave my height and my ability to be heard above everyone else in the classroom to J. D. I, WANDA WOODLEY, leave my freckles to Faye Spencer, I, FAYE DAVIS, leave my bus driver's license to Neil Scott, hoping he gets to use it, I, LOUISE HASSELL, leave my love for a certain boy to anyone who can get him.
