The two best hurdlers in the school’s history, Hope Wright and Nabatanzi Bewayo, both made all groups and teamed with Angela Coleman and Tiffany Ruth for the best hurdle relay in the nation. This battle started off slowly, for the team had to adjust to their first season working with their new head coach, Doug Alford, but they soon rediscovered themselves and finished off the season with a bang. Senior Mike Ghegan led the team through the Greater New- ark Tournament with his strong pitching and was a first team All-Essex selection along with several of his teammates. Jimmy Gilby Vinnie Ryan
