Here it is 1958 and my howl the years have flown! As I've- looked back, I've wondered what my other classmates have acoonr plished in life. Planning to take my vacation early this year, I decided to find out where andiwhat the rest of the graduating class of 1948 were doing. c Leaving my home, in my new master jet-prepelled, I flew toward Hollywood, California. I Over Hollywood I saw the Big Kennedy and Dewitt Motion Pic- ture Studios. Wondering if this could be Dean Kennedy and Bill Dewitt, I stepped at the airport. Finally arriving at the studio, I was led to the private office of Kennedy and 'Debitt studio. Really to myfsurprise there were none other than Bill and Dean. Dean having never found the one and only dream of his life never married, but has kept a roving eye and it is still roving. Bill deciding to settle down, has a nice family of twin boys and girls. Next ,deciding to visit the U. S. C. college, I dropped down over, the football stadiumg there was something very familiar about the coach, so I landed. As I climbed out of my plane I saw a familiar red headed man. Why it was Loy Burgess. Imagine Loy the coach at U. S. C. He tells me that he really had a great team this year, and of course they would have to be with Burgess coaching Loy also said he was married and has-three fine boys. He is very proud of them as they look just like him. Coming up the coast I had to stop in San Fransico. Deciding to have my hair done, I went in search of a beauty salon. Across the street l saw a big sign, UOpal's Beauty' Salonn. That name rang back an old men- ory, and investigating further I found that the owner was none 'other than my old chum, Opal Lawrence. Spending the after- with her, I found that Opal had,married a certain graduate of C. H. S. and only kept her Beauty Salon as a hobby. Opal,planning to take a vaca- tion about that time, decided to continue along with me. Flying toward 'Washington something went flying past us at a great speed. Contacting by radio, we found that it was Larry Hanner. He was just com- ing back from a trip to Mars where he had been doing research for the U. S. Government. Larry had invented a new rocketship that would go to the moon and Mars, and was in the prime of his life, still single. we used the Columbia River for our guide and followed it until we reached Hunters. I set my ship down on the football field of oldi Columbia High, and walking to the main street we hailed a taxi. As the driver
