§eniors k ' .v As Seniors we finally made it to the top. The Purple Pride is Back and we proved to be the best class when we won Homecoming. We always said we'd do it—but no one believed us. Lori Harrington represented us well when she was crownded home- coming Queen. The Seniors of 1988 should be remembered as the class that fought their way to the top ... and wonl We strove to make the un- known the known, and we explored all alternatives before we got into the act. We won some ... we lost some but the memories will always be cherished. Senior Class officers were.- Sarah Moore. President» Kim Carpenter. Vice-president» Michelle Galloway. Secretary» and Willie Tur- pin. Treasurer. Juniors—for everyone it was the year we took a closer look. We had to show what our class was really made of. We came from behind our Sophomore year. and. all around, we made it halfway. Placing second in Homecoming was a disappointment but also an accomplishment. The best was yet to come.
