Life Unrehearsed Each play has its rehearsals, as . . . The actors learn their parts . . . And strive for that perfection which . . . Will warm the patrons’ hearts . . . And that is fortunate for those . . . Who walk upon the stage ... In their endeavors to perform . . . And act a certain age . . . But life itself is something else ... It is an instant play . . . With never one rehearsal for ... The things we do or say . . . Except that we can stop to think . . . And so rehearse the mind ... To keep the tongue from speak- ing words . . .
