At the first of the second semester the Student Body amended the constitut- ion to the effect that the presidents of all recongized or- ganizations are allowed to attend the meeting. The Presse dent of the Student Body is the president of the Student--- Council. The Student Council meets every Tuesday to carry on bww iness that cannot be readily carried on in the weekly Stu- dent Body meetings. Under the reorganized set-up, the Stu- dent Council has become an efficient and effective governing body for Columbia High during the second semester. a
