R, ,Burton The Freshman Class activities started off this year with an initiation which was dealt out by,the wily Sophomore Class. A great deal of laughter was provoked by the boys and girls in our class as they appeared at school in turned about clothes, no bobby-pins, rocks in the boys' trouser pockets, and every Frosh admitting he was Na Daisy.H The boys were very active -in sports during this year having had players in football, basketball, and softball. Several of our players earned first and second string'let- ters and soon hope to be wearing them on their sweaters. The Freshmen Class successfully handled the selling of pop and candy at basketball games and added quite a sum of money to the class treasury. E A hard time party was held on April 29th at the old Two Rivers school entertaining the high school and 7th and Sth grade students. Our class is looking forward to their Soph omore year at Columbia High School next fall,
