Don't fall, Roger . The theme will be 3 now it's up to you. That's the position we put the Art Club in each year, It's their job to decorate the gym and make homecoming a success. They meet their goal each year with the guidance and help of Mr. Ras- mussen. As homecoming ends they begin to work on various other projects. It may mean working on the construction of a scene from one of our many plays or turning to an individual project. What ever it may be they decorate our halls and school in their own unique way. Ballons really go good in the gym. 5 Bill, very busy at art work.

Debaters Learn What Versatility ls mv Scott files through evidence looking for the card he needs. Sandy reads the affirmative Case, You'd never guess the topic was energy, would you? Debate started, as usual, with the tournament at River Falls, Wisconsin. Taking a tro- phy home from there the team started their season off right. They placed at every major tournament this season after that, but more importantly a new dimention was added. ln- stead of having straight teams the debaters and their coach, Mrs. Dostal, decided to switch teams around to find out who the strongest teams were. This enabled them to place very high at the National Forensics League Tournament and re- gions. So all their time and en- ergy was put to good use. Oh that's right, energy was this year's debate topic. di ,.,... , , .. .
