Since its organization the chief object of the society has been to induce the girls to cultivate a greater literary interest. There is much interest taken in rendering the programs. Aside from the literary work, we have been doing much for the College. The Montaguians are always ready and willing to do their part in any work con- cerning the College. i461 XYe feel that we owe much to Dr. Montague. our beloved l resident, in honor of whom we named our society. XVith the name Klontagnian we feel that much is expected of us. Our motto. lmmer voran, is also the motto of our every-day life. In work or play, we don't care, The Montagnians are always there.

By her untiring efforts the work has taken its proper place, and through her training honors have been won in State Oratorical Contests. The Curry Club meets twice a month, Interesting programs are given at each meeting, every member taking part. Ease is thus gained upon the platform.
