STUDENT ASSOCIATION We believe this year, more than any previous year, that the Student Associ- ation could be characterized by no other term than transition . The Student Association has been groping in recent years for its own identity. We believe that the Student Association is more than a social organization. It has been our task to build upon foundations already in place, and to build in an imagi- native and corrective fashion. We saw a need to integrate the social and the spiritual aspects of student life, and have tried to do so in our activities. We wanted to encourage co-ed interaction in a non-threatening environment. We believe we have accomplished that to some extent. We also desired to involve the students in the local community. We believe The Concern has served that purpose. God has been faithful and has certainly done exceeding abundantly beyond all that we could have asked.
