Each week all students at the Bible College go out under the direction of the Christian Service Department on their own particular assignments. They reach the trailer camps at Shaw Air Force Base, and Indians on the Catawba Indian Reservation. They go to people in churches, in prisons, in hospitals, and on the street. They teach Bible in the public schools, and in the Girls ' State Industrial School. With extra personal workers added this year, the students also hold Bible clubs for young people and children. This year special follow- up workshops have been held to teach students how to bring those whom they lead to Christ to grow and walk in Him. It is the greatest joy to know that because of our Christian Ser- vice work this year many people will sing with us in Heaven, Our God, how great Thou art. If you came to the C.B.C. auditorium on Sunday night, you would hear words like these and you would hear the singing of a Spanish choir. Over two hundred Spanish speaking soldiers stationed at Fort Jackson have been saved through weekly Gospel meetings held in their language. The Christian Service Department now has work among the American as well as the Spanish personnel at the fort. 23
