But thanks be unto God. who always leadeth us in triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest through us the savor of His knowledge in every place. Corinthians 2:14 ( ul-GMC). . . . the signature and the signature verse, the man and the man ' s message; these are inseparable. We have had the pri ilege of knowing in our lifetune a five-crown Christian . . . one to whom to live w as Christ. All of his abilities and virtues were most perfecth balanced and blended together to make him a prince among men. ' It is to him and to his faithful companion that we dedicate this book. The young missionar and his wife saw God close the door to the foreign fields when the boat on which the were scheduled to sail sank in the ew York harbor. God was soon to reveal that He had a different plan for making manifest through (them) the sa or of His knowledge in every place. Like Jesus. Dr. McQuilkin began training others for the work of God; and through them the good news of Salvation and ictory is reaching every continent of the sphere. Think of those davs when he taught us. There was a big smile on his face as he entered the classroom. We joined him as he began singing Sin Shall . ot Have Dominion Over ou. And for fift -one minutes we listened as he expounded to us the message of ictorv in Romans 6. How our hearts were thrilled to hear him sav. Oh. young people, don ' t you get the reality of this truth? How greatly enriched will be our lives of ser ice and devotion because we have recei ed the message of the indwelling Christ from our father in the faith . . . Christ liveth in me. Christ liveth in me. Oh. what a salvation this. That Christ liveth in me. ' ' In future decades we shall be able to see that yesterday, today, and forever his message of perpetual jo ' in victory is the same — YIELD and TRUST. To those who are continuing this vork of faith, the promise is. AS I was with Moses, SO I will be with thee. ' Dr. McQuilkin was always looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ. One day in the consumma- tion of time and the manifestation of this faith, Mrs. McQuilkin and her five children will be reunited with one whose love they shared; and we will rejoice to bow with them before the Throne and give glory to the Lamb of Redemption and ictory forever and ever!

It was a man of faith who founded Columbia Bible College. For a quarter of a century. Dr. McQuilkin trusted God each month for all the allowances of the Bible College. During that time he saw an evening Bible class, which met in a hotel room, grow into a Bible College of 400 students and a million dollar campus. Faith, mighty faith, the promise sees And looks to God alone; Laughs at impossibilities And cries, ' It shall be done! ' On October 1, 1943, a definite goal of faith was reached when the last payment on the men ' s campus was made. Then again on Thanksgiving Day, 1950, upon the announcement that the remainder of the $250,000 needed for the new dormitory building had been supplied, the Bible College auditorium was swelled with the praises of the Bible Col- lege family as they sang forth the glad proclamation. Great is Thy Faithfulness.
