Before long we entered a tunnel — a three-month one, from June to September! Then came September, 1944! Forty-five travelers remained in coaches that have been filled with spiritual awakening and physical refreshening; coaches of picnics, parties, Spring Conference, and general good times! Along our way we have had real opportunities to view the Ancient World, Medieval and Modern Europe, the Holy Land — and school! Our tour thus far has been a real thrill — with much more in store for us around the curves and over the mountains ahead!

We ' ll not forget the scores (or perhaps niillions) of questions on the entrance exams, and then the thrill of our first classes in college! Memories of the blessing of our first prayer day, Student Con- ference, and opportunities for serving the Lord — all these are just a few in the list of remembrances we will keep from our freshman year.
