Supervising Principal Michael H. Corbitt 9 PRINCIPAL’S MESSAGE I would like to congratulate the Class of I960 and wish you every success for the future. Always bear in mind that there are two kinds of success. One comes to the genius who has the ability to do what no one else can do. The other comes to the average person who has been endowed with the ordinary qualities that he shares with his fellow men but has developed these qualities to more than an ordinary degree. The genius is rare but every one of you has the potential to fall into the second group. This is what I hope and expect of the Class of I960.

rJ eclica tion We the Senior Class of 1960 dedicate this Yearbook, the sum total of our best efforts, to MR. WHYTE; our helpful, steadying class advisor during our entire high school life. He served as our pilot through many activities beginning with our first freshman dance; continuing through our gradua- tion ball. Our many thanks go to MR. WHYTE for his unceasing effort, work, interest, and sacrifices for the Senior Class of 1960.
