CLASS HlSTORY As we look back upon the past years of 52 to 56 the Semors are sorrowfully bowlng the1r heads as we see thls year comlng to an end Those four wonderful years workmg together on our class aCt1Vlt19S to make them successful At our flrst meetlng as Freshmen we elected as our class offlcers Presldent John Connelly V1ce Presldent Paul Watson Secretary Thomas Ford Treasurer Amta Perkms When we started our Freshman year we had 25 members Durlng that year Lloyd Clough Fred Green Joanne Wlnnell and Jean Burnett left ln September 53 we returned to school as Sophomores As our class offlcers we elected Pres1dent Sylvla Cassel V1ce Presldent John Connelly Secretary Anlta Perklns Treasurer Thomas Ford and our class Advlsor Mrs Trauger Our f1rst actlvlty was a Halloween dance and then a St Patr1cks Dance wh1ch were both very successful We galned Donald Holland Janet Rodwell Donald Robar and Ellzabeth Regan Berton Negus and Ehzabeth Regan left durlng the Sophomore year In our Junlor year we were very busy We had elected as Presldent Anlta Perklns V1ce Presldent John Connelly Secretary Mary Leary Treasurer Thomas Ford and Class Advlsor Mr R1ehl Th1s was a very busy year We ordered our class rlngs and waited patlently for them to arrlve We had our Jun1or Play wh1ch was ab1g success and our Junlor Prom was one of the b1ggest events of our Junlor year Our Junlor Prom Klng and Queen were John Connelly and Mary Leary We sold statlonery and Chr1stmas cards durlng th1s year Ralph Latlmer Jolned us but left shortly We started our Senlor year w1th nmeteen members and shortly John Cote Jolned us He was transferred from St Mary s Academy of Ogdensburg As our class off1cers we elected Presldent John Connelly V1ce Presldent Thomas Ford Secretary Mary Leary Treasurer Sylvla Cassel and Class Advlsor Mr Rlehl Our hlghllghts thls year were malnly our Senlor Play The Crazy Castles a Chrlstmas Dance and preparmg the yearbook At Easter tlme our class planned a wonderful and excltmg tr1p to New York wh1ch w1ll long be remembered and w1ll always l1nger 1n our mlnds We also sold 1ce cream candy and magazlnes subscrlptlons As we f1n1sh the last few months of our Semor year we look back w1th sh1n1ng eyes on the wonderful years we are leavmg beh1nd but w1ll always be remembered We now face our commencement and prepare ourselves for our future career wh1ch hes ahc ad of us Class Hlstorlan as 11 In 11 ' ' 1 . 1 . , . 1 1 ' 1 1 1 1 1 - 1 1 1 1 . an 11 . 1 1 ' 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 . . n I - 1 1 . . . 1 S ' 1 1 1 1 1 1 - - . . . . . , . . . 1 1 ' 1 !
