CLASS WILL We, the Senior Class of nineteen hundred and fifty five of Colton High School, Town of Colton, County of St. Lawrence, State of New York, being in our right mind, do make, publish and de- clare this, our last will and testament, in the following manner: To the Juniors, we bequeath the title of being the “top” class in school, and the hope that theyf will use it wisely. To the Sophomores, we bequeath our ability to learn Caesar and Macbeth on the days appointed. To the Freshmen, we bequeath our sincere hope that they will have as much fun together as a class as we have had. To the Faculty, we bequeath our deep gratitude for all the patience and thoughtful help they have given us. To Mr. Corbitt, we bequeath our most sincere thanks for his help throughout our high school career, and the hope that someday he can be truly proud of us. To Miss Collins, we bequeath our appreciation for her faithful guidance during the past two years. As individuals: Gail Gould bequeaths her position as soloist to Nancy Marden. Helen Leary bequeaths her ability to get the family car to her sister Mary, so the kids will still have a way around. Anne Olmsted bequeaths her ability to uphold her own point of view to Carol Murray. Colleen Leary bequeaths her ability as cheerleader to Jane Sullivan. Sally Schwartz bequeaths her ability to get 95 in Social Studies to Beth Hurley. Eileen Norman bequeaths her height to Anita Perkins. Melita Vanderburg bequeaths her ability in dancing to Tee Creighton. Janet Cayey bequeaths her ability to get 95 in shop and her liking for Mr. Theisen as a teacher to Peggy Connelly. Beverly Matthews bequeaths her position as hostess for the kids of Colton High to Sylvia Cassel. Mildred Hammond bequeaths her ability in homemaking to Nancy Mullen. Keitha James bequeaths her love for physical education to anyone who enjoys it as much as she did. James Regan bequeaths his liking for baseball to Eddie Cayey.
