Oh thou great giver of life, thou hast instructed me again in the limits of all things human, reminded me that thou art God, Eternal, everlasting, my Judge and my Redeemer. What an important understand- ing for everyone, that lite is o gift. l know that my strength and cour- age are from beyond me, 'from that which is not me', from God. The construction of Whatley Chapel was the realization of a dream for Chaplain Brown. The Loire Cross was presented in his memory and the Rauschenbusch window was one he gave to the Chapel.
