Ronnie House soars over the bar. Trac 2 Many outstanding performances were turned in last year by the track team. The team won the Suburban League Invitational Meet and was undefeated in their league in dual meet competition. They finished third in both the sectionals and the city meet. Coach Koch, and Coach Oliver ran the boys hard hours after school each day to get them into shape. The spirit of the team was tremen- dous. As each man carne toward the finish line, the other boys on the team were there root- ing for him. Some people say track is an individual sport and that is true but it takes each boy's effort and triumph to add up to a team victory.
