THIS WORK IS EOUALLY IMPORTANT DURING ROUTINE INDEPENDENT STEAMING OR WHEN MANEUVERING IN COM- PANY WITH OTHER SHIPS. QUARTERMASTER NAVIGATIONAL AID IS THE PRIMARY DUTY OF THE QUARTERMASTERS IN ON DIVISION.
