vt' Mr. Smith is shown executing his daily duties. Planners The Colonial Heights School system is directed by a very efficient and capable staff. Superintendent C. G. Smith, Jr., was graduated from King's College in Bristol, Virginia, and acquired his Master's degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute. Mr. Smith has served in the ca- pacity of Superintendent since 1961 and has effected several beneficial changes in the school system since ac- quiring the post. Serving as Acting Chairman of the board is Mr. John E. Russell.
