c L n s s n i n E i — T E n BONNIE .BERTAMINI - ' Well dressed” is a title Bonnie has earned in our school Bonnie s main interests are C.G.I.T., A Y, and babysitting. To finish high school and become a stewardess or a model is Bonnie ' s ambition. LYNNE BRADLEY - To pass the final exams and become a veterinarian are Lynne ' s ambitions. Like every girl Lynne plans on getting married. As for food, which is one of Lynne ' s main interests, anything goes. CATHY BROCKHURST - Known and liked by all, Cathy ' s interests lie in boys, sports, boys and Chinese food. To become a secretary is her ambition. LYNNE CIPPERLEY - . hen every head turns to follow a line down the hall everyone knows it must be 9-10, Lynne Cipperley ' s class. Lynne enjoys sports and her main ambition is to get through grade nine and someday get married. BETTY DAKIN - Music, is Betty ' s main interest. She takes piano and singing lessons and also belongs to the Calgary Youth Players. Betty also enjoys art and was secretary of the school ' s Art Club. PAT DALGLEISH - Pat ' s interests are swimming, horsebaok riding and clothes. 1 Her ambition is to pass grade nine and to become a teacher or a nurse, PATSY FLANDERS - Patty ' s hobbies are bowling, swimming, and horsebaok riding. She hopes to be a stenographer and finish Grade XII. SHARON GREGORY - Blondie -Sharon is interested in sports and she participate)!, in many of the sohool sport activities. Sharon was also an active member of our school cheerleaders. Her outside activities include bowling, swimming, curlihg, skiing and badminton. MARGARET HAMILTON - Maggie enjoys sports, especially badminton, basketball and volleyball. She likes most kinds of animals but her favorites are cats and dogs. i HEATHER HILLIARD - Heather ' s interests are sports (especially basketball), food and swimming. Heather doesn ' t like school and her ambition ' is to j ■ become a hair dresser. DONNA SEELY - To finish high school is Donna’s present goal. After high sohool Donna plans to take nurses training. Her favorite pastime is eating pizza. LINDA SMITHSON - Linda ' s hobbies are reading and writing poetry as well as stories. Her favorite subjects are social studies and language. Linda’s future ambition is to become a teacher. STAN AMIES - Stan’s present, objective is to get his ' Vnatric . After being a pilot in the R.C.A.F. for a few years, Stan plans to be a bush pilot in the Forest Reserve. His final ambition is to own and run a ranch of his own. MILTON BRADLEY - Milton loves all sports especially hunting and fishing. Shop is his favorite subject, but he likes Mrs. Pritchard when she ' s in a good mood. He just loves the bush, mountains and a girl named Margaret. MIKE BROOME - Mike ' s ambition is to be a Forest Ranger or a Park Warden in the Forestry Department. His hobbies are hunting, fishing and a few other things, , IAN CRAIG - Ian enjoys dramatics, and as he wants to continue in this field, his ambition is to be a playright or dramatist. He enjoys camping, swimming and reading scienoe fiotion. MARTYN CUNNINGHAM - Marr ' s main interest is drama, but he gets a great deal of pleasure out of playing a piano. He enjoys all sports and was on the soccer team this year, Marr likes girls. He plans to be a dramatist when he grows up. ROD DAVIDSON - 9-10 s honor student-«f-the-month , Rod wants to take up flying as a career after he learns to fly. He participates in badminton and is on the sohool basketball team. He has also played on the school soccer and volleyball teams. He hopes to complete high school and maybe university. JURGEN HALMHOFER -i Jurgen has lived in Canada for six years; three of whioh have, been spent in Colonel Irvine. His main interest-is sports. He has been on the sohool soccer team for 3 years.

He belongs to a drama group called Calgary ' Youth Players He wants to be an actor, but will probably go into radio or television instead. GORDON OWRE - Gordon, as most boys, likes girls and cars, but especially gir] i He likes reading oar stories, going to shows, listening to records and constructing models of Hot Rods and Cars from kits. Gordon doesn’t like his curly hair 0 DALE PEDERSEN - Dale’s interests include wrestling and coin collecting. Last year he received a citizenship award. So far this year he has not joine any clubs, but Mrs. Smith has her eye on him for a librarian. Dale has been the ’’official scorekeeper for the Junior and Senior teams, and has gone to every game except one. He wants to study medicine later on.. GARRY REPP - At the present, Garry’s main interest is dramatics 9 but he wants to take up teaching as his profession. He has been in three plays this year. His favorite sport is hockey, RONALD THOMPSON - Ron ' s main interests lie in sports. Last year he was on th« midget team. His favorite subjects are social and drama. Ron hates homework, but likes girls, GEORGE r ONG - George is a student who tries to participate in all school activities, He likes all types of music, but says that making music on his ’’licorice stick is another thing. He is hoping to pass ' the departmental exams. RAYMON MORTHINGTON - Ray likes all kinds of sports, especially swimming and water skiing. He likes reading mystery stories, and collecting stamps and - ieces of drift wood. His favorite subject is drama, DON ZEMP - Don likes sports ( - and girls l) His main ambition is to successful complete grade nine this year. His favorite subjects are P.E., language and social. His favorite teacher is Mrs. Pritchard, n i n E — 1 E L ’E V E I) CAROL BARBER - She likes to play basketball, volleyball, skate, bowl and especially ride horses. Her ambition is to become a stenographer. MONICA BECKEDORF - Her main interests are skiing, and swimming. She belongs to the Year book staff c Monica’s ambition is to get her grade ten education in Europe and to become a translator in the U.N. later in life GLENDA BUCHANAN - She is interested in travelling and would like to become a stewardess. Her favorite sports include horse-back riding and bowling. Her ambition is to finish grade 12 and go on to university, JUDY CLEMENTS - Judy, who was a mid-term arriver at Colonel Irvine, is an average student. Her main interest is swimming and her greatest ambition is to travel as a stewardess. ELAINE FOSTER - Her major interests include boys (of course) and all sports especially skating and horseback riding. After finishing high school and college, Elaine plans to be a teacher. JANIS GREEN - Janis enjoys all sports. She would like to be aii air stewardess. Her main ambition right now is to get through ' grade nine. VICKY KELLY - Her main interests are Girl Guides, sports and successfully completing grade nine. After completing high school she plans to be a nurse and if possible to travel as an airline hostess. CAROL KINSELLA - Her main interests are to be a nuisance to everyone and a faithful churoh member. She would like to be a hairdresser and an Explor leader. DIANE KNIGHT - Her main interests are Job’s Daughters, C.G.I.T. , tap dancing and sports. Her ambition is to be a nurse and to get through school. MAUREEN MALLISON -i. Maureen ' s main interests are volleyball, boys and C.G.I.T. Her ambition is to get through grade nine so she may become a teacher or social worker.
