BOOSTER CLUB The Booster Club is parents who want to help out our athletic program in any way possible. They have donated money toward equipment, uniforms, and maintenance. This year they had the project of constructing the new field concession stand and locker facilities. Their future plans include a track and improvements at Judd Field. The officers for the 1974-75 year were: Pres. T Hargreave, V.P. J. Ryan, Sec. E. McClish, Treas. J. Ku-rzawski, and Publicity—K. Curtis. BAND PARENTS Band Parents is an organization composed of the Band students’ parents. This organization meets the first Tuesday of every month. They have raised money for band uniforms, awards, and camp. They have brought entertainment to us. The WOWO Basketball game, light bulb sale, birthday calender sale, and cake walk are part of the money raising projects they indelve themselves with. This year they helped the Senior Band purchase and make new concert uniforms. They worked very hard to make-over the old band uniforms for the Junior Band. This was done in time for them to wear at both of their festivals. Another activity as chaperoning the activities of the Bands. The officers are as follows: Pres. R. Davis, V.P. R. Mowry, Sec. Mrs. R. Davis, Treas. R. Bower. The Band Parents set up a new fund for sending students to Band Camp. It is called Douglas Burke Memorial For Musical Achievement. It provides the money to attend two weeks at Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp during the summer. This scholarship was awarded as two half scholarships to J. Bryan and K. Kruszka for this year. The names of all winners are placed on a plaque in the Band Room. 43 SENIOR BAND ... CHS PAYS YOU TRIBUTE! Front L.-J. Schwartz, K. Ross, W. Thornton, A. Bower, L. King, D. Shellenberger. J. Something you can’t hold on to or keep when you’re done with it. Time. Everything in life hinges on that very thing. Graduation. A time to reflect and look ahead. Graduation ... now you all have the time you need. So you begin to do the things you planned on doing. Then you discover just how little time there is. A time to every purpose ...” One thing there is time for is the purpose to life. That is one thing school cannot teach or dictate to you. That is, everyone must pursue their dreams and hopes to find their purpose. I have found mine. And though I may at times get sidetracked I will follow the leading of this real person in my life. Everyone must fulfill their own purpose. To the graduating class of 1975 I wish all the time they need to find purpose to life. I thank you for allowing me to be editor. I hope you have enjoyed the book. Ms. Storey, myself, and the following: Bobbi Dawson, Linda Weiderman, Jean Barnebee, Patty Riddle, Andrea (Greenman) Parsons, and David Atkinson spent many hours to try and bring you a book we could be proud of. We present to you-TIME ... TIME ... TIME ... TIME Beth Collins Editor
