A Hymn To Taten. Guide well our thoughts and send them ever upwards; Cast out the darkness and bring forth the light. O, wondrous God, of beauty and all wisdom Spread out thy hand and show us all thy might. Show how each one of us may gain more wisdom If we should live by thy Great Rule of Right. Dear Huntington, to Thee we sing our praises Of times gone by and never more shall be. Within your walls we gain a lasting knowledge Of faith and hope and love that flows from Thee. With humble hearts we raise our voices high We love you dear when we are far or nigh. CHORUS O God, as we review the worth of Huntington, Realize do we that all strength comes from Thee. Still guide our minds to reach a greater height And help us know how thankful we should be.

ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL RENDERS INVALUABLE SERVICES A school as large and complex as ours cannot be rated highly through the efforts of one person. Thus, our Assistant Prin- cipal, Mr. C. C. Johnson, stands next in line to receive our praise. In an effort to make Huntington a more efficiently and progressive school. Mr. Johnson works diligently with the students to help them adjust to the school program. His many duties include director of summer school, study hall supervisor, program director, and disciplinarian. K = ФА n: As the demands for efficiency become greater, Mr. C. C. Johnson finds having helpers make matters go more smoothly. Mary Gayle and Yvonne Holland assist in checking the principal's list for students needing class admission slips.
