OON THE MEMBERS of your class will be scattered throughout the state, nation, and even the world, but the memories of your school life with its fun, its struggles, and its final accomplishments will remain with you long after the last farewells are completed. The faculty of your school wishes you much happiness and success wherever life may lead you-in office, factory, college, and, finally, in your own homes.

70e 'Defiant The blue and gray colors of dear Collinwood High, The stately tower rising to a cloudless sky. Our memories engraved deep upon our hearts; They will be dear to us, till each of us departs To other fields. These dear emblems will remind us Of all the fun we had, which now is all behind us; Of the dreams we dreamed, and the friends we made. Now, as we join the never-ending cavalcade Of youth, we shall remember the lessons taught us. And smile gayly as we recall the joys brought us— The 9A farewell dance; entering senior high; The picnics at Metro 'neath the blue and cloudless sky; NHS inductions; and'12B elections. We find now that we made the right selections In our officers, our leaders, and our dear friends, Who have stayed with us and guided us to such high ends. We have other memories, also very dear. Senior plays and operettas, with their laughs and tears; The Spotlight, noon movies, programs over the P. A., The Prom, Commencement. These and all the rest Are brought to mind as we bid our last goodbye. They prove to us that Collinwood is the best.
