C Smiling with contentment for the rest of his days With a lap full of children, that’s Carl Blare. G Jean Perz after reaching a final decision W’ill be a professor of college religion. 0 Be it a Hoover sweeper or a music hall Super-saleman Grant will sell ’em all. In fHrnumnm Virginia Thomas (1920-1936) Virginia came to Collinwood in January 1933 and entered Miss Tnrr's 8B homeroom. She was an Honor Roll pupil and is best remembered for her sunny smile. In September 1934 she withdrew and entered Wurrcnsville Sanitorium for her health. At that time she would otherwise have entered the 9A. Up to the time of her death her class wrote letters anti sent gifts to her, always hopeful of her return. She passed away in January 1936, but her cheerfulness will always be remembered. Harlan Hopcraft (1918-1935) Harlan entered Collinwood from Memorial School in February 1930. He withdrew and reentered twice because of poor health. He, also, was an Honor Roll pupil. He was very quiet and was well liked by all his teachers. He died on November 18, 1935. 23 •
