1 i E i i ARGO HONOR ROLL fci Before storting out on their voyoge on the Argo , several of the crew had won recognition for former accomplishments. These four received silver Junior High Honor Pins: Ruth Mangold, Michael Pollock, Mary Roznik, and Ann Yera-shunas. Mary Roznik had received the American Legion medal for excellence in service, leadership, and scholarship. Michael Pollock had been given recognition for outstanding service. As we sailed along in the Argo, many of our crew became outstanding in scholarship, leadership, and service Harold Demshar was elected president, Jerry Zinni vice-president, Ruth Kromer secretary, and Mirko Rovtar treasurer. Those who received gold Senior High Honor Pins for four semesters on the honor roll were: Eleanor Bentley, Alice Busher, Ruth Kramer, Anna Licursi, Garnet Maple, Mary Nass, Michael Pollock, Frank Potocnik, Mary Roznik, Nick Ruscitto, and Ann Yeroshunas. Thirty-three of the class have been elected into the Collin-wood chapter of the National Honor Society.
