The “Chiefs” - Present and Past 0 Before two moons of the present season, we'd changed our old chief for another. In other words, Mr. Snodgras left us to serve with the American Red Cross, whereupon Mr. Burroughs took over as principal. Before assuming the responsibility over us, Chief Burroughs was head of the town's grade schools. The Chief has the opinion that no detail is too insignificant to rate attention.
