Standing in front of the school are the officers of the Freshman class: Bill Teano, President Mike Boyd, Vice-Presidentg and William Harper, Secretary-Treasurer. Freshmen Class Achievements During the year of 1956-57 the Freshmen class achieved the follow- ing honors: The Junior High Imps' football players and cheerleaders began prac- tice before the school year began. The Junior High lmps came out witha disappointing record of 3 wins and 5 losses. The Imps so far have a new record of 5 wins and Z losses in basketball and are looking forward to a successful year. At the beginning of the school year, class officers were nominated and elected by the freshman class in an assembly held in the gymnasium. Miss Imp and her attendants were nominated and elected in roll calls. The queen was c rowne d Miss Imp at the homecoming game between Fayetteville and Oak Hill. More Freshmen have been on the honor roll than any other class. Members of the Freshmen class are in the band and the orchestra. The Freshmen participated in the annual Christmas program. F re shmen standouts were appointed to the Hi-teen committee, ACORN Staff, and others were s tandouts in their every day activities which were credited in the LOG. The fre shmen class was represented at the southeastern district Student Council meeting at Princeton and the Fayette County meeting at Montgomery by two of their executive officers.
