Meeting once a month, the Tri-Hi-Y is a christian organization whose main purpose is to mold better citizens for the future through clean and healthful living. To become a member, a girl must be an active member of her church, must be either a sophomore, junior, or senior, she must have at least a C average, and must have attended Collins High for one year. fvlanyactivities are sponsored by the Tri-Hi- Y. One outstanding project is assisting in the local March ofDimes drive. Last year, members worked unceasingly at WOAY Television's polio- thon as they intercepted calls from donators and kept records for the station. Other activities ofthe club include: selection and initiation of members, an alumni dance, a basket to a needy family at Thanksgiving, the annual mother-daughterbanquet and an act in the talent show.
