These leaders were chosen by their sports ability, their interestin sports, and by the fact that they are seniors. The team was victorious and the crowd was overjoyed,but the credit goes not only to the man who made the to uchdown or the coaches. The praise is b e s to we d also upon the co-captains. These two boys trained and helped the other play- ers instilling in them a respect for team work. Coaching the Red Devil and Imp basketball and football squads to victory is the responsibility of these three men. Carrying their sporting ability from the previous year, former Junior Varsity players dazzled the football fans. Closing the season with th re e wins, three loses, and one tie, the Imps show that their new coach, Avis Pa rtai n can very well fillthe shoes of the former coach. These boys, all new to the grid- iron show lots of promise for next years varsity squad. Time and time again these freshmen raced ove r the goal line until they had amassed a total of 10? points to 62 for their opponents.
