From the looks on the laces of Iunior Play cast members, that's exactly how they feel about things SEATED, LEFT TO RIGHT: Rita Baumqartner, Rosie Walton, Karen Taylor, Margaret Hess, Carroll Lyons and Mary Io Hubacher. STANDING: Frankie Castello, Iohn Howard Scott, Iohn Frisk. Fred Roqusky, Iimmy Mahood, and David Klapp. were the chief attraction. For a few of 72 'lUST DUCKY' I unior Class Play A MERRY MIX-UP IN lust Ducky, this year's Iunior Class play, kept a capacity audience laughing for two hours. The play centered around the Maxwell family composed of father, mother, two daughters and a son. Betty Lou Maxwell, Margaret Hess, and her friend, Bernadine Smith, Mary Io Hubacher, start the delightful farce by sending a letter to Vester Blayne, Rita Baumgartner, editor of a love-lorn column. Pre- tending to be in love with a 45 year old man, they confront her with a problem certain to cause con- sternation. After Miss Blayne consults with the family about the letter, things really explode. Everything, of course, turns out all right in the end. The cast includes: Mr. Maxwell, Iohn Frisk: Mrs. Maxwell, Karen Taylor: Betty Lou Maxwell, Mar- garet Hess: Bernadine Smith, Mary Io Hubacher: Wilbur Maxwell, David Klapp: Hercules Nelson, Frankie Castello: Connie Maxwell, Carroll Sue Lyons: Craig Moore, Iimmy Mahood: Mr. Fred Moore, Fred Rogusky: Del Marshall, Iohn Howard Scott: Aunt Mary, Rosie Walton: Miss Vester Blayne, Rita Baumgartner, Miss Zella Bishop directed with Pat Wilkins as assistant.

4' NO BOYS ALLOWED Sophomore Class Play NO BOYS ALLOWED, said sophomore girls in their play this year as they gathered for a slumber party-strictly oft-limits to members of the stronger sex. The fun began as Rita Baxter, portrayed by Dreama Wyant, planned a slumber party. Having no other way to see Rita twith whom he had had a dis- agreement? Fred Dana, played by Pat Errington, and Leroy Doyle, played by Richard Fitzpatrick, dressed as girls and went to the party. After that everything exploded at once. The boys were caught and tied up: Mr. Midnight, played by Dickie Hall, came on the scene: and the girls were in a frenzy. Directed by Mrs. Sue Scott, the play was one of the most successful projects of the Drama of '52. Others in the cast were: lane Baxter, Ioyce Slu- zas: Victrola, Barbara Donachy: Edwina Cook, Ien- ora Harris! Belinda Elliot, Barbara Hindson: Nade Owens, Norma Waddell: Patsy Ferrill, Betty Collins: O'Brien, Freddy Nuckles: Keith Garland, Danny Wooten: Harvey Smith, I. R. Weatherford: and Mrs. Dana, Barbara Carpenter. our careers, for we were the favored ones The boys are all tied in knots and before she trees them, Barbara makes Pat promise to take her to the dance in No Boys Allowed . Stars and starlets of the sophomore play cast look lorward to their first stage performance. FIRST ROW, LEFT TO RIGHT: Ienora Harris, Dickie Hall, and Betty Collins.
