George emcees the Talent Show and qives performers their cues for entrances. STUDENT COUNCIL TALENT SHOW SINGERS, DANCERS, MUSICIANS, ACROBATS -all these combined to put over one of the biggest productions of the yearwthe Student Council Talent Show. Contestants were divided into groups according to their classification as instrumental, vocal, or novel- ty acts. After much debate and deliberation judges chose the winners. They were: Vocalilunior Totten, first place: Marie Risk, hon- orable mention. Instrumer1talMMike Gilliam, first place: Ianet Si- ters, honorable mention. Novelty-Franklin Kincaid and Regina Kitfd, first place: Phyllis Epperly, honorable mention. At other times we were talent scouts. and 164 Phyllis Io-Io Epperly amazes everyone with her acrobattc feats. Her performance brought her Arlie Burgess and I. C. Massey show their skill with the an honorable mention from the iudqes. mandolin and guitar. .t
