The title is bestowed on the one sen- ior who, in the opinion of the judges, is the best all-round, most outstanding of the school's athletes. This year's Athlete of the Year was Har- ley loe Frazier, a three sports letterman. A star on the gridiron, basketball court, and Cinder track, Harley Ioe has been a name in sports here at Collins for six years, first as an Imp, then as a Devil. His selection as Log Athlete was the fitting climax of an impressive sports performance and entitles him to a place in the roster of Red Devil Greats. Carroll Lyons, LOG sports editor, presents Harley loe with his certificate.
