SSM C0lUllll'IIST5 0F The Coils High News has played an im- portant part in the parade of events at Col lingswood High for a number of years. The arrival of the paper is eagerly anticipated by the student bodyi lt is distributed every other Friday morning by the members of the business staff. The News was founded October 4, l929, and is a member of the lnternational Quill and Scroll, National Scholastic Press Asso: ciation and Columbia Press Association. There are three faculty advisers for The News. Mr. I. Arthur Ferner is literary ad- viser and also gives a course in Iournalism to the Sophomores interested in joining the staff. Mr, Fred Coleman is advertising ad: viser and Mrs. Margaret S, Tutem is financial adviser. Katherine 'White is this year's Editor inf Chief. Regina Maas is News Editor, Flora Mae Ferner is Feature Page Editor and Ger- ald Eichelberger is Sports Editor. Doris Derr is Business Manager and Bernice Wendell is Head Typist.
