ALUMNAE FASHION SHOW The fashlon show glven annually by the alumnae ns a very lmportant socnal event at Colleglate The proceeds go toward bunldnng the Hattle L Scott Scholarship fund Thls year Miller and Rhoads sponsored the fashlon show A Thanksgxvmg theme was chosen and the models from the two schools exhlbnted clothes whnch JUNIOR SENI Fnsh nets bamboo trees palm leaves shells and rowboats IH the Country Day Gymnasium that S Life at Colleglate on the mght of the Jumor Sennor dance On February the twenty seventh the jumor class honored the senlors at the annual dance The Country 68 could be worn durmg the Thanksgnvnng Holldays Colleglate famllnes modeled clothes to be worn to church or to a famlly vnslt Outfits for pajama partnes football games bnrthday partles and formal evenmg dances were dlsplayed by gurls and boys from both country day and town schools OR DANCE 41944 Day gym became a troplcal wonderland and every one danced On a Desert Isle Yellow red blue and green lrghts lent an approprxate atmosphere to the muslc of the Elghty Elght Keys FRESHMAN SOPHOMORE DANCE In October the freshmen and sophomores gave a dance ln qulte different surroundmgs The gym was transformed into a circus with balloons and crepe paper fillmg the alr The Leaguers of TJ added the muslcal note to the sBlg Top Vit?
